Vap-Rod VR-3400 (Sucker Rod Unit)
EMI Sucker Rod Unit "Vap-Rod VR-3400" is a new technology of Stationary or Mobile System . It is a result of developing and combining the most up to date technologies of Sucker Rod scan systems. The unit has got the following specifications:
*Digital transverse flaw detection system (using MFL/Magnetic Flux Leakage technology).
*Wall Thickness measures 100% of the Rod body by the Hall sensors reading the amount of magnetism in the air around the Rod .
*Hall Effect is Non Contact which means minium consumtion
*Four overlapping shoes transverse of sucker rod.
*Pneumatic heads powered by photoelectric for Sucker rod inspect size (3/4” & 1 1/2″).
*One head Hall Effect sensors for all Sucker rod sizes.
*Two Pneumatic pinch roller groups.
*The center section includes (2) strong DC gear motors powered photoelectric operated pinch rollers assemblies to drive the sucker rod through the inspection stations.
*Four pipe loaders/unloaders on the incoming conveyor for easy product feed
*Four Photoelectric & reflection Control Group, for controlling the pinch roller and pneumatic heads.
*DC MAG Coil for transverse and Hall Effect system. To generate magnetic field.
*Two channels digital thermal printer.
*Built in data acquisition with 2 USB ports to directly connected the unit Computer is (Optional)
*Windows-based custom software enables operator to copy to hard drive or CD-Rom for future inspection results review.
*Digital LCD meters to display current & volt readings.
*Two speed control for digital thermal printer.
*Three channel digital output data acquisition for connecting to PC.
*Operator has option to use console and computer together, or console and digital chart without computer.
*Conveyor speed control property.
*Coil current control property.
