VAPCO-NDT’s Research and Development Department has upgraded and developed different NDT equipments using our state of the art technologies. These upgrades include for example:

EMI Drill Pipe Units Upgrades :

Upgrading any old EMI DP units to VapcoScope units by  adding any of its new five features to your old EMI DP .

Upgrading one function DP Unit to two function by adding Dgital Hall Effect System. 

Upgrading old drill pipe unit  to computerized system.

Upgrading  ink drive of old drill pipe unit to thermal printer drive. 

Multi Function Unit Upgrades:

Upgrading normal 4-function unit by addition of Sucker Rod inspection system.

Upgrading old transverse heads of 4-function units to Pneumatic system.

Upgrading manual  hydraulic system to automated control system.

Upgrading gamma system of old 4-function unit to Hall effect system.

Upgrading old  unit to computerized system.

Upgrade old EMI DP unit to thermal chart system.
